The Opportunity:
**In this role you will**:
- Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
- Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
- Perform quarterly cash flow reviews to ensure alignment with project financial goals.
- Update the monthly report, including earned value (EV) data from the EPCMQ contractor, cash flow, commitments, changes, and HSE KPIs from the HSE manager.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to align on budget approvals for procurement packages prior to RFQ issuance.
- Maintain and update documentation with high-level planning updates and resource plans for reporting purposes.
- Ensure all tools and documents for funding approvals comply with the client's standards.
**We would love to hear from you if you**:
- Have experience in project controls, estimating, project performance tracking, cashflow, budget control, schedule management, planning, payment reviews, and progress measurement.
- Have a Construction or Engineering-related degree or industry-recognised technical or management qualification.
- Experience in the following sectors is an advantage: Life Sciences, Data Centres, Renewable & Alternative Energies, or Hi-Tech Manufacturing.
- Are fluent both in English and French languages both orally and written.
- Are currently living or looking to move to Brussels / Braine L' Alleud (you must have the legal right to work already)
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
