Now Hiring: Talent PartnerWe're looking for a strategic HR partner who will work closely with senior leaders to drive talent, culture and organisational effectiveness. In this role, you'll shape leadership capabilities, support high-performing teams and ensure people initiatives create real business impact.Responsibilities• Partner with leadership teams to drive talent reviews, workforce planning and leadership development.• Lead key staffing processes and collaborate across TA, Learning, Rewards and TRO teams.• Manage employee relations and guide the full employee lifecycle.• Support organisational design, change management and culture initiatives.• Contribute to global/regional Talent projects and ensure smooth implementation.Requirements• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-influencing skills.• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.• Solid understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and organisational dynamics.• Ability to work in a complex, global environment and manage multiple priorities.• Curious, proactive and committed to enabling culture, diversity and continuous improvement.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
