**The Partner Success & Innovation Manager** will help understand the innovation needs of our clients, translating them into tech challenges, ideation workshops and proof of concepts. He/she will also define and lead the process to address our clients innovation needs in the best possible way. The role will be responsible to interact as the main point of contact for a large scale innovation project with a focus on internal innovation and future leadership. You will be working closely with other PNP team members and have daily interaction with our clients

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and implement successfully our partner success strategy and process that is unique and differentiated in the marketplace, building on past Plug and Play learnings and best practices
- Organize and coordinate ideation workshops, coaching, innovation journeys into other PNP locations
- Research the latest trends and proactively develop use cases or opportunities for our clients.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
- Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
- Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources within PNP and assist with client issues through resolution.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
- 3+ years of experience working in customer success, consulting, training and coaching or venture capital
- Experience in technology implementation and pilot project management
- Experience in coaching, seminars and innovation workshops
- Ideally familiar with innovation processes (ideation, design thinking, scouting, pilots, etc.)
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial character, strong self-drive and able to work with limited supervision. Results oriented.
- Positive and open mindset, energetic. Good listener, analytical character, Strong willingness to learn and improve. Motivating leader and good team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Language requirements: fluent in Dutch and English
