**Omschrijving**:
Als Customer Service & Back office Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwkeurige **verwerking van bestellingen** en zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten-installateurs de juiste producten op tijd ontvangen. Jouw expertise en advies** helpen klanten bij het maken van de juiste productkeuze**, en je bent de spil in het orderafhandelingsproces.
Concreet wat ga je doen : Je verleent advies aan klanten om de productkeuze te bepalen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orderafhandeling.
- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en zorgvuldige verwerking en opvolging van orders.
- Je beheert klantendossiers op administratief en commercieel vlak.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je adviseert en helpt onze klanten-installateurs en/of eindgebruikers aan de balie en telefonisch.
- Je rapporteert aan de teamleader van de customer service.
**Profiel**
- Je hebt **affiniteit met techniek **en een technische opleiding of ervaring is een extra troef.
- **Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Nederlands**
- Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een** klantgerichte** **instelling.**
- Je hebt organisatorisch en administratief inzicht.
- Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Je bent stressbestendig en servicegericht.
