En tant que **First Line Helpdesk Officer (H/F/X)**,
Tu offres un support de première ligne à notre clientèle professionnelle
Concrètement, tu réponds aux appels et tu participes ensuite à la résolution des incidents selon les procédures en vigueur
Tu assures la gestion et le suivi du ticketing au quotidien
Tu réalises des dépannages clients en distanciel en cas de dysfonctionnement logiciel ou matériel
En fonction de tes compétences et de tes affinités, tu seras amené à travailler sur des solutions variées
**Ton profil**
Une connaissance générale de l’informatique est nécessaire
Familiarité avec nos lignes de produit préférable mais pas requise
Une première expérience probante dans un rôle similaire constitue un atout majeur
Tu as un sens aigu du service client, tu es patient, et tu as une bonne présentation orale
Tu es curieux, volontaire, investi, tu apprends vite, et tu as l’esprit d’équipe
