**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Asset Compliance & Architecture**: Ensure tribe IT assets align with company architectural standards and strategic targets, collaborating closely with the IT Architecture Center of Excellence (COE).
- **Budget Management**: Manage the tribe’s budget for both change initiatives and operational costs, working closely with the IT Governance COE for oversight.
- **Cross-Tribe Efficiency**: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across tribes to drive efficiency and optimize IT delivery through enhanced interaction among IT Tribe Leads.
- **Portfolio & Dependency Management**: Oversee the tribe's portfolio, manage dependencies with other tribes and stakeholders, and handle escalations effectively.
- **Impediment Management**: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles during the build and run phases of IT asset development, coordinating with other tribe and COE leads.
- **Resource & Asset Management**: Lead IT resources within the tribe, ensuring compliance with asset management standards, including supplier management, skill development, security, and data management.
- **Governance & Performance Measurement**: Uphold governance standards, set performance metrics, and promote technical innovation within the tribe’s products.
- **Agile Engagement**: Actively participate in tribe ceremonies and foster Agile values and principles across the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both **English** and **French**.
- **Experience in Risk Management**: Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risks in IT projects.
- **Innovation & IT Process Knowledge**: Demonstrated experience in fostering disruptive IT solutions and managing IT processes effectively.
- **Strategic Business-IT Relationship Management**: Ability to align IT operations with strategic business objectives, building strong relationships with business counterparts.
- **Portfolio & Budget Management**: Expertise in managing budgets and overseeing an IT project portfolio to ensure efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
- **Leadership in Agile Environments**: Strong background in Agile practices, including experience in supporting and driving Agile values across cross-functional teams.
