**Functiebeschrijving**
- Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning;
- Je zorgt voor het dossierbeheer tussen de klant en onze interne medewerkers;
- Je ontvangt telefonische oproepen en informeert klanten;
- Je maakt offertes op en zorgt voor de opvolging;
- Je doet de financiële verwerking van jobs on the road;
- Je volgt alle facturatie op en verwerkt deze;
**Functie-eisen**
- Je hebt een Nederlandse en Franse talenknobbel;
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS office;
- Kennis van Navision Dynamics is een pluspunt;
- Je houdt van een goede groepsgeest;
- Je bent iemand op wie men kan rekenen en komt je beloftes na;
- Communicatief sta je sterk in de schoenen;
- Je bent van nature gestructureerd en een doorzetter.
