**What will you do?**

You will be:

- Responsible for the employee administration during the entire engagement of an employee
- Involved in the different payroll processes by collaborating and communicating with the outsourced Payroll Partner
- Responsible for further development of systems and strive for standardization of administrative processes
- Managing the follow-up of employee benefits and overseeing the administration regarding insurance policies
- Collaborating with Talent, learning & Development Manager regarding development of recruitment strategy and the set-up of the recruit process
- Putting NH Hotel Group on the map in Belgium through traditional recruitment and social media; you will expand the employer brand of NH Hotel Group.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 1831 Diegem: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:

- HR related: 2 years (required)
