Internship - Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Vous intégrerez l’équipe Talent Acquisition de Proximus en tant que stagiaire en sourcing et recherche de profils. Votre mission principale ? Contribuer activement à la détection des talents qui feront l’avenir de notre entreprise
Vos responsabilités:
- Identifier et rechercher des profils pertinents via nos bases de données, outils internes et plateformes professionnelles
- Participer à la présélection : tri de CV, premières analyses de compatibilité, prises de contact
- Maintenir les données à jour dans nos outils RH et assurer le suivi administratif lié au sourcing
- Collaborer avec les recruteurs et les Hiring managers pour affiner les besoins en recrutement
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de notre approche sourcing.
- Vous êtes en formation RH (bachelier/master)
- Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais, et avez une bonne maîtrise de la deuxième langue et de l’anglais
- Vous êtes naturellement curieux-se, rigoureux-se et orienté-e résultats
- Vous avez une aisance digitale (Excel, Outlook, outils de recherche sur LinkedIn, etc.)
- Vous savez faire preuve de discrétion, d’esprit d’analyse, et d’une excellente capacité de priorisation
- Vous aimez travailler en autonomie tout en vous intégrant dans une dynamique d’équipe.
