**Overview**:
Digital Business Analyst Expert skilled in IT/business analysis, digital transformation, project management, Agile-Scrum, IT solutions, and cost/benefit analysis, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage requirements and communication, ensuring a clear understanding of the business’s needs
- Serve as a liaison between all stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proactively manage the refinement process, plan and facilitate meetings with all relevant stakeholders, and ensure follow-up on all actions
- Participate in the search and delivery of realistic, effective solutions to complex business challenges, providing analytical and technical expertise in the search and implementation of digital marketing solutions
- Identify the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes, and liaise with the Process/Change Manager
- In project mode, collect, analyze, and translate business requirements from end-users into detailed business specifications for IT departments, while adopting a user-centric, collaborative, and agile approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Engineering, with business partners, Operations, and various IT departments

**Must Have Skills**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within IT or Business analysis
- Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks and methodologies
- Technical background, good understanding of IT and desire to further learn on IT solutions
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Ability to plan, structure and facilitate meetings
- Extensive experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
- Eager to understand the strategic goals behind business requirements and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English***

**Nice to have**:

- Experience within a Financial institution
- Experience in Agile
- Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Strong IT affinity
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Analytical mindset with strong conceptual thinking***
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong problem-solver
