Votre mission:
- Vous assurez le contact quotidien avec nos clients finaux ;
- Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour nos clients ;
- Vous fournissez des réponses correctes aux questions de nos clients.
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ;
- Vous avez de préférence une expérience dans le service à la clientèle ;
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite en néerlandais et en français ;
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour la finance et la banque (produits) ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office ;
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur, diplomate et orienté client ;
- Vous avez le sens de la qualité ;
- Vous avez un esprit commercial ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante ;
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et flexible ;
- Vous avez une approche analytique.
