**Jouw missie**
Als Finance Business Partner voor de centrale diensten (HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Corporate Services) speel je een sleutelrol in de financiële sturing van de shared services en in de ondersteuning van de groei van de groep, in een context van voortdurende transformatie en meerdere overnames.

**De context van de functie**
- Partena groeit snel: 2 overnames in 2025, en meer gepland in 2026.
- Je wordt een sleutelfiguur binnen het nieuwe FP&A-team dat momenteel wordt opgebouwd.
- De organisatie ondergaat een sterke transformatie met focus op harmonisatie en efficiëntie.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de CFO, HR Business Partners en operationele managers.

**Jouw kerntaken**
- Leiden van het budgetproces, forecasting en prestatieanalyse van de shared services.
- Enig aanspreekpunt zijn voor meer dan 30 interne stakeholders (afdelingshoofden, entiteit-CFO’s, algemeen management).
- Gegevens uit verschillende entiteiten consolideren en interpreteren, ook wanneer deze nog weinig gedigitaliseerd zijn.
- Passende en eerlijke verdeelsleutels opstellen voor de herfacturatie van gedeelde kosten.
- Actief bijdragen aan de overgang naar nieuwe tools voor financieel beheer.
- Duidelijke, regelmatige en impactvolle rapportering aan het topmanagement verzorgen.
- Meebouwen aan de financiële structuur van het Shared Service Center.
- Managers ondersteunen en uitdagen bij het realiseren van hun doelstellingen, met een strategische en operationele financiële visie.

**Gezocht profiel**
- Diploma: Master in financiën, management, economie of gelijkwaardig.
- Ervaring: Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar in FP&A, controlling, audit of strategische financiële functies.
- Talen: Perfecte beheersing van het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.

- Sterk in het structureren en verduidelijken van complexe gegevens (Excel, consolidatie over meerdere entiteiten).
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en businessgerichtheid.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, assertiviteit en diplomatie.

- Resultaatgericht en klantgerichte mindset.
