**De job in een notendop**

Als deel van de Corporate Office draag je bij tot de vlotte werking van de afdeling, waarbij ondersteuning van strategische initiatieven, evenals het waarborgen van kwaliteitsvolle analyses mbt ESG-risicobeheer de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn. Voeg daar een laagje 'transformatie' aan toe, gebruik makend van moderne tools zoals GenAI, en je hebt een mooi beeld van de domeinen waarin je actief zal zijn.
Deze rol omvat een combinatie van kwantitatieve analyse (ESG), kwalitatieve transversale werking en het uitrollen van technologie gedreven veranderingen. Een unieke combinatie, in het hart van de strategie, met veelvuldige contacten met toezichthouders en leden van de hoogste comités.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

- Analyseren van gegevens om ESG-risico's te identificeren en te monitoren (bijdragen tot CSRD, ORSA stress testing, etc).
- Samenwerken met riskteams om transversale initiatieven uit te rollen en processen te transformeren, gebruik makend van GenAI of andere technologieën.
- Het organiseren van informatiesessies aan de Risk Afdeling, waarbij zowel risk-topics als business initiatieven toegelicht worden.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de ontwikkeling en uitrol van de globale strategie van Belfius Insurance.
- Initiatieven nemen ter versterking van awareness inzake riskdomeinen bij de businesslines, teneinde bij te dragen tot een echt risk-cultuur binnen Belfius Insurance.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij het organiseren van comités op het hoogste niveau in de organisatie.
- Op de hoogte blijven van opkomende technologieën en trends in riskmethodologie, governancestructuren en AI.
- Beheren van de administratieve activiteiten van de Risk Afdeling.

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).
- Transversale risk spirit en appetijt om het ruime risk universum te ontdekken.
- Ervaring in ESG risk management.
