Corporate risk management responsibilities, including:
- Annual risk assessment
- Implementing the necessary controls following the risk assessment
- Reporting and mitigating risks that have been identified
- Control of the investment desk's operational processes
- Control of the investment desk's transactional processes
- Coordination with the auditors for the risk part
- Reporting to management and the Board of Directors on risk
- Risk analysis and monitoring of new projects/products
Secretariat of the Board of Directors, including drafting the agenda and minutes
Legal and risk verification of contracts with external parties (custodian banks, partners, service providers, etc.)
- Legal and administrative management of Privaks whose management is delegated to the company
- Legal and administrative management of the TowerView Funds whose management is delegated to the company
**Profile**
- Master's degree with a legal or financial/economic orientation
- Legal knowledge required
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a Risk Officer position
- Very good command of French and English
