**The Opportunity**

The Risk Officer role in question is key within the second line of defense for steering and developing risk governance capabilities and enablement across Worldline Group. If you possess a detail-oriented mindset, a passion for streamlined processes, and strong skills in Power BI and a knack for solving data challenges, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will report to the Group and Merchant Services risk team. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our risk management framework components, and leveraging data analytics and tools to support broad accessibility of risk management information. As both a member of and a process champion in our global risk officer network, you'll also engage in initiatives to ensure industry best practices in risk management are implemented across Merchant Services and the Group.

**Your responsibilities**
- Collaborate with different function leads and senior specialists to design and refine a streamlined, data-supported risk management environment.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to refine risk and control policies, processes, and framework components both locally and globally.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of implemented risk components by fully engaging with their data outputs, suggesting process enhancements.
- Aid compliance with all regulatory requirements related to Risk Management, advocating for the integration of tooling and information solutions.
- Foster a risk-aware culture by engaging stakeholders and being among the go to officers for risk governance and risk management information related support across our 2nd line of defense.

**Who Are We Looking For**

- At least 3 years in a 2nd line Risk Management or Control Function role, with significant exposure to governance, GRC tooling, and processing and aggregating risk information
- Good knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000)
- Experience in or with highly regulated institutions or industries
- Experience with ICT risk management
- **High proficiency in Power BI and other data analytics tools, enhancing risk insights accessibility**:

- Ability to present complex data insights and influence executive decision-making processes
- Proficient English.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills with a strong emphasis on presenting data clearly and effectively
- Strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work independently, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Proficient understanding of regulatory requirements relating to risk management
- Multicultural and flexible mindset with the ability to multi-task and work in an international environment.
