**Job Title: Tattoo Shop Assistant

Location: Brussels, Belgium

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with booking appointments
- Manage inventory and stock supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with social media management, including creating content, scheduling posts, and responding to customer inquiries
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform social media strategy

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of tattooing and the tattoo industry
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
- Experience with social media management and content creation

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the tattoo or beauty industry
- Experience with social media management and content creation
