Je versterkt het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het proces - en applicatiebeheer van het IBS-systeem. Dat is een **zelf-ontworpen systeem op mainframe** waarop alle professionele klanten van KBC beheerd worden (klantensysteem en general ledger). Een cruciaal systeem binnen de KBC-infrastructuur. Jouw focus in ons team wordt het** process management en product ownership** van het IBS-systeem. Bij je start voorzien we begeleiding en een doordacht opleidingstraject op maat van je voorkennis, zodat je gaandeweg de lead kan nemen in uiteenlopende projecten. - Ervaren collega’s - procesbeheerders, applicatiebeheerders en procesmanagers - staan klaar om je te verwelkomen. **Samenwerking **staat bij ons voorop. Naast je dichte collega’s, werk je vanuit deze rol ook samen met **business stakeholders** en collega’s uit de afdelingen **ICT, Interne Audit, Taks, Rapportering en Productontwikkeling**. Dat maakt de job bijzonder leerrijk. **Wat verwachten we van jou?**: Samen met een collega-procesbeheerder ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt om **changes te realisere**n. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld gaan om: - nieuwe branches opstarten in andere landen - nieuwe producten implementeren - wijzigingen in externe rapporteringsnoden - wijzigingen aan klantgerelateerde systemen. - Je **analyseert de noden** en vertaalt die naar business requirements waar je ICT-collega’s vlot mee aan de slag kunnen. - Vervolgens **begeleid** je het project. - In de komende jaren speel je een belangrijke rol in onze huidige **systemen toekomstbestendig** maken of overschakelen naar SAP. **Jouw troeven?**: - Je hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring en een masterdiploma - bij voorkeur in Accountancy, Handelswetenschappen of een ICT-gerelateerde richting. - Kennis van de **banksector en/of boekhoudplatformen** is een mooi pluspunt.
