**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Intelligence support to (Sr.) Regional Security Directors, Subregional Leads and Country Security Managers, as well as to the Regional Operations Center.
- Develop, track, and prepare quantitative reports to include, but not limited to Key Performance Indicators and threat trends.
- Within the assigned region, lead, produce, and edit written analytical reports, to include travel risk assessments in support of executives’ travel, event risk assessments, new site location assessments, etc.
- Conduct research using open source, subscription, and security-related services to monitor, forecast, and assess current and emerging threats focused in the assigned region.
- Maintain effective cross-functional relationships with key internal security partners/stakeholders, particularly during crisis events.
- Build and leverage relationships with external peers from the public and private sectors.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A Master's degree (Areas of Study: Political Science, International Relations/Affairs, Intelligence, Criminal Justice) is preferred.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Two years of experience serving in an intelligence-related capacity.
- Formalized intelligence training on tradecraft and analytic techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong ability to collect, synthesize, and evaluate large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and draw logical conclusions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, including leading high-visibility tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, particularly during crisis periods.
- Experience briefing senior management/executive leaders.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in the government and/or private sector in an intelligence related capacity.
- Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on current and emerging threats in the Middle East and Africa.
- Previous experience using advanced data analytics software and/or geospatial technologies, like PowerBI, I2, and/or ArcGIS.
- Understanding of physical security practices, principles and risk management.
- Experience working in an intelligence fusion cell or command center environment.

**Other**:

- This position requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
- This position will be based in Beerse (Belgium).
- May require up to 10% travel domestic/international.
