**Purpose**:
To manage Greenomy’s customers and to enable the product to grow according to the market need and growth.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Present and explain the Greenomy Saas and systems to a potential customer
- Analyse the structure of a customer’s business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Identify problems within a customer’s business, including through using data modelling techniques
- Communicate with senior people in customer’s organisations to find out what they hope to achieve
- Formulate ways for customer’s businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of using Greenomy SaaS or strategies
- Oversee - be the proxy product Owner of - the implementation of Greenomy SaaS and systems
- Run workshops and training sessions
**Key Relationships**:
Internal: IT Team & Head of Product, all staff
External: Customers and Suppliers
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Extensive knowledge in sustainability/ESG topics and the EU Taxonomy regulation
- Previous working experience as an analyst for 3-5 year(s)
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or similar relevant field
- Previous experience in an ever-growing environment with a solid focus on business and technical comprehension
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles
- A well developed, practical understanding of Google Workspace solution
- A well developed, practical understanding of SaaS technologies and system architectures in general
- A well developed, practical understanding of data flows, Databases connectors or external enterprise ERP/CRM
- Strong interpersonal and customer service-oriented skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels is required
- Languages: Excellent level of written and spoken English (C1)
