**About the Role**

As a Property Research Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients - investors, developers, and occupiers - by providing in-depth market analysis and actionable insights. You'll be a key team player in delivering high-quality research that informs property strategies and helps shape the built environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Conduct comprehensive economic and market research to inform real estate investment and development decisions
- Analyze and interpret complex data, including market trends, economic indicators, and demographic information
- Prepare detailed property market reports, presentations, and client proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brokers, consultants, and other analysts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
