The Equity Research team plays a crucial role in the Equity value chain at KBC Securities by helping investors allocate capital in the most effective way. As a real estate analyst, you will therefore help grow the real estate sector by making sure investors allocate their capital to those companies who deserve it best. Doing so, you will work closely together with both internal (sales, sales-trading, corporate finance, Bolero, private banking, wealth) and external (investors, corporates, sector specialists) stakeholders. Your daily activities include the fundamental analysis and valuation of companies, as well as the commercialization of your investment ideas towards institutional investors. To gain new insights, you will conduct thorough market research and build a network of sector specialists, while maintaining a close relationship with the top management of the companies in your coverage. Play a vital part in the Equity value chain at KBC Securities by helping investors allocate capital in the most effective way. **What do we expect from you?**: KBC Securities is looking for a sell-side Equity Research Analyst who will conduct extensive market research and thorough company analysis, including financial modelling and valuation. Analysts write in-depth research reports on their companies and their relevant sectors. Additionally, Equity Research Analysts should actively pitch their ideas and market their research reports towards our institutional Sales team and towards institutional investors in our key European and US markets. Furthermore, as an analyst, you will be able to closely work together with the Corporate Finance team to provide input for Equity Capital Market pitches, Initial Public Offering projects and other ECM-related activities. You will maintain and develop close relationships with institutional investors and corporates in close cooperation with other KBC Securities and KBC Group teams.
