**What is this job about?**:
In this role as **Business Development Manager**, your goal is to increase sales within the Brussels market.

On a daily basis, you will identify new sales opportunities in the Real Estate sector and enhance the company's relationship with current clients. You are in charge of finding the best apartments in selected neighborhoods of Brussels and increasing the current portfolio of clients

**Your challenges**:

- Conduct market research and **source qualified properties**:

- Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals
- Become an expert on the company's service
- **Negotiate with landlords** and real estate partners, and close deals
- Contact clients through various channels
- Research new market opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Act as the face of the company being the **first point of contact**

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Language skills**:bilingual in French** and **advanced** level in **English** (C1)
- At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry (ideally in residential real estate)
- Ability to work with digital tools
