**Description**:
En tant que Return to Work Coordinator, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'accompagnement des affiliés dans leur processus de réintégration socio-professionnelle.
Votre mission s’articule autour de trois axes principaux:

- Gestion administrative:
Vous assurez le traitement administratif lié aux exigences de nos partenaires et aux procédures internes : encodage de données, rédaction de rapports, bilans de suivi, etc., dans le respect des délais et avec rigueur.
- Accompagnement socio-professionnel:
Vous êtes en contact régulier avec les organismes publics et privés impliqués dans la réinsertion professionnelle. Vous développez et entretenez un réseau utile pour favoriser la reprise d’une activité adaptée pour les personnes que vous accompagnez.
- Collaboration multidisciplinaire:
Vous travaillez au sein d’une équipe composée de médecins-conseils, conseillers paramédicaux et assistants médicaux. Vous vous déplacez régulièrement dans différents cabinets médicaux de la région ainsi qu’au siège central à Anderlecht.
Ces échanges vous permettent d’obtenir les validations médicales nécessaires et de construire un parcours de réintégration adapté à chaque situation.

**Profil**
- **Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier (minimum requis) ;**:

- Une expérience dans les domaines suivants constitue un atout significatif : recrutement, agence d’intérim, accompagnement de carrière, ou travail social ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du marché de l’emploi et des métiers ;
- Vous démontrez un intérêt marqué pour le secteur social et l’accompagnement humain ;
- Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication et savez faire preuve de conviction ;
- Vous êtes résilient face au stress, orienté résultats et capable de gérer des priorités multiples ;
- Vous êtes autonome, tout en sachant travailler en équipe à distance, à l’aide d’outils numériques ;
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur administrative et votre sens de l’organisation ;
**Compétences linguistiques**

Nous **recherchons deux profils distincts**:
**Profil 1 : Excellente maîtrise du français ; une bonne compréhension du néerlandais est un atout.**
**Profil 2 : Excellente maîtrise du néerlandais ; une bonne compréhension du français est un atout.**

**Offre**
- Type de contrat : mission intérimaire à temps plein (39h/semaine) du lundi au vendredi ;
- Lieu de travail : Anderlecht ;
- Période : du 01/08/2025 au 31/12/2025 ;
- Rémunération : salaire brut mensuel entre 3.200 € et 3.900 €, en fonction du profil et de l’expérience ;
- Avantage : mise à disposition d’une voiture de fonction ;
