Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Hospital Insurance Manager
**Beschrijving**
You are the first point of contact for our clients and are responsible for the administrative and financial management of their files;
- You have telephone and written contacts with the insured persons themselves, the bank agents, but also with your colleagues in other departments or with hospitals and doctors;
- You collect and evaluate the data necessary for the acceptance of medical claims;
- You participate in team meetings to exchange information across the company, share experiences and deal with any problems that may arise.
**Profile**
- You have a bachelor's degree, ideally in one of the following fields: insurance, paramedical or medical secretarial, accounting, business administration, languages...
- A first professional experience, preferably in the insurance sector and/or in a service center, is an asset;
- You have a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch;
- You are professional, empathetic and pleasant in your telephone and written communications;
- You are a real problem solver: you detect problematic situations, you analyze them and make proposals for improvement;
- You are fluent in Word and Excel and can easily learn to use new IT tools.
