Het doel van de functie is om samen met andere specialisten de SAP-oplossing voor logistieke gebeuren die het rollend materieel in de lijnwerkplaatsen van de NMBS operationeel houdt, te ondersteunen, uit te breiden en tevens te vernieuwen op vraag van de klant. Daarbij dient elke aanvraag tot wijziging kritisch en procesmatig bekeken te worden naar noodzaak en haalbaarheid.
**Missie**:
- Implementeren van “major changes” en projecten in de huidige en toekomstige SAP MDG -oplossingen.
- De klant (NMBS Technics) adviseren betreffende “best practices for MDG” en SAP-oplossingen
- Aanleveren van conceptuele voorstellen voor: projecten die tot doel hebben om een grondige vernieuwing / verbetering van de huidige oplossing te implementeren
- Organiseren en leiden van Blueprint Workshops
- Kritische analyse van wijzigingsaanvragen
- Opstellen van “User Requirement Specifications”
- Schrijven van functionele specificaties voor “enhancements” (wijzigingen aan de bestaande oplossing)
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de ABAP-ontwikkelaars tijdens de ontwikkeling van die “enhancements”, technische specs begrijpen en debug kunnen uitvoeren.
- Uitvoeren van functionele unit tests op de enhancements
- Aanmaken van training materiaal voor de sleutel
- en eindgebruikers
- Voorbereiding van de transitie naar productie
- Hypercare na go-live
- Dagelijkse functionele ondersteuning van de oplossing
- Beantwoorden van tickets van (key) users
- Oplossen van bugs, debug van issues
- Monitoring van workflow betreffende MDG
**Opleiding**:
- Academische achtergrond binnen één van de volgende domeinen: ingenieurs-, computer
- of toegepaste economische wetenschappen
- Pluspunten zijn kennis van / ervaring met:
- Logistieke kennis
- SAP S/4 HANA
- Sap interfacing EDI, ODATA, CIG, integratie met Ariba in MM, VMI
- Integratie kennis: SAP FI, CO, MM, PP,PM, SD, PS
- Ervaring met Jira, confluence, X-ray testing
**Ervaring**:
- Bewezen praktijk ervaring
- Minstens 4 jaar bewezen ervaring met de SAP MDG / master data beheer
- Minstens 3 volledige levenscyclusimplementaties in SAP MDG / Master data beheer
- Kennis van BRF regels
- Mass change, LSMW
- Abap kennis, mogelijkheid tot maken van functionele, ev technische specs en debug
