Key responsibilities and tasks:

- Analyze the QHSE training needs of the organization.
- Review and maintain the Corporate QHSE training matrix and ensure coherence and consistency across the business units.
- Develop QHSE train-the-trainer courses and maintain and develop train-the-trainer communities (IOSH and QHSE master classes).
- Lead by example in delivering core courses (IOSH, QHSE master classes, train-the-trainer)
- Together with your N+1 define and design appropriate QHSE training supports (e-learnings, videos, presentations, guidance & other materials).
- Define and design the Annual Safety Time Out and Environmental Time Out materials and communication, together with your N+1.
- Answer to ad hoc QHSE training needs that may arise from the business related to specific needs (e.g. legal changes, lessons learned, etc).

Functie-eisen
- You have a degree in Health and Safety related fields (Bachelor of Science, Master Degree or above);
- You have 10-15 years of experience in HSE roles in the industry and preferably in Construction (Contractor/constructors roles);
- You have significant work exposure to the European market and International Market;
- You are a natural coach and trainer. IOSH certified trainer is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge on behavioral based safety a plus;
- You are a team player, a person that understand and know how to connect and motivate others in multiple different operational and cultural contexts;
- You are **fluent in English & French** (written and spoken). Dutch is a significant plus. Any other languages is also a plus.
