In the Telenet agile organisation, there is a Tribe that focuses on: The Small Office - Home Office business customers or SOHOs In that Tribe 4 squads are defined: Value Management Get & Grow, Portfolio and IT Services. The Portfolio Squad focuses on our core connectivity products and delivers internet, mobile, telephone & television to SOHO customers and services related to connectivity. The IT Services squad focuses on - obviously - IT solutions for SOHOs.
**SOHO IT Services Squad**
The SOHO IT Services Squad has the ownership of the following product lines:
- **Online Essentials**:
- Brand new & fast growing website creation & management service
- **Microsoft 365**:
- Microsoft Office 365 managed by Telenet for its customers - Professional E-mail & Microsoft Productivity Applications + Telenet Business professional support
- **Domain Names**:
- We are a leading domain name registrar, domain names can be ordered separately or are bundled with some solutions
- New Business Development: The SOHO IT Services has also an important mission to expand step by step with more IT solutions sized to the needs of SOHOs.
For this we use a Garage Approach: an accelerated way to introduce new IT services in the market.
IT Services are an important growth and customer loyalty tool for Telenet Business. This team is fully focused to further grow the existing solutions and expand the portfolio with new solutions. The IT services we deliver are designed as very simple & scalable & fit for our our target market.
Product Proposition Role
- You can expect a varied package of responsibilities:
- Taking the responsibility of 1 or more products or projects for new product introductions
- Identifying & describing customer needs in the IT Services space
- Defining the relevant market segments within the market
- Development of customer value propositions (CVP’s) for our products and services
- Document and write/coordinate the documentation, inspiration & FAQs for the customers
- Conduct market studies & process data insights to validate new initiatives
- Defining the customer experience that we want to achieve throughout the customer journey, and, working together with the organization,
- defining projects to improve the customer journey.
- Detecting market trends and mapping the competitive landscape
- Matching initiatives with the Telenet and Telenet Business mission statement (why, what & how)
- Close collaboration with stakeholders, such as: brand manager, Go-To-Market, sales, customer care
- Support & Train Sales & Customer Care colleagues in the IT Services we offer
**Are you...**
- A person who can turn market research into real insights, and create appealing solutions based on those?
- Able to think in concrete benefits for the customer first and translate these features and specs later?
- A conceptual thinker? Able to easily present complex matters in simple language that resonates throughout the organization.
- Analytical, and do you have a helicopter view?
- Creative, in shaping new solutions and trying new methodologies?
- Positive and open to feedback?
- Strong in stakeholder management, and do you like working in a team?
- Always looking for ways to improve the organization and/or yourself?
- Hands-on, proactive, problem-solving and do you take ownership of the matters for which you are responsible?
- Flexible, and happy to contribute towards a positive working environment?
- A marketing profile with a good understanding with a good understanding of IT basics
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- You have a master degree
