Preferably you will be based in our HQ, hybrid function.

**Key Accountabilities**:
As our Support Specialist, you will be our expert from a functional and technical point of view and keep the Group ICT Applications Support Manager informed about his/her activities.
- Ensure reaching of SLA in close collaboration with the outsourcing partner
- Perform business (process) analysis and translate business requirements into workable software solutions and/or functional design for specific projects and changes, including development
- Support any system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
- Train key-users and provide/manage key-user functional documentation (processes, how-to documentation,)
- Manage Puratos owned Databases (mainly SQL), including installing and testing new versions, controlling access permissions and privileges, ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly and perform capacity planning

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
- You have a hands on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- You have good SQL skills and the ability to script
- You are able to work interdependent with little to no direction/guidance
- You have strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must - additional language knowledge is a good asset
- You have analytic skills for problem solving
- You have the ability to work in an international environment and a team split across the world
- You are well organized and have good time management skills
