**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the senior campaign manager in the implementation of communication campaigns using the PRINCE2 methodology.
- Ensuring high-quality work by collaborating with expert teams to develop communication services that meet professional standards and client expectations.

o Preparing and conducting briefings

o Preparing and monitoring campaign planning and workflows

o Quality control of campaign assets

o Assisting with contractual tasks linked to campaign implementation

o Reporting and monitoring
- Day to day communication with the client focus on campaign progress and relationship building.
- Supporting the senior campaign manger int the day-to-day tasks (meeting agendas, draft meeting reports, updating campaign planning)
- Supporting the financial management of campaigns and projects through regular reporting.
- Fostering team spirit, promoting professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Competencies / Skills:

- Knowledge and experience in the communication sector.
- Passion for delivering impactful and qualitative campaigns.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communication sector.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
