Monizze is a leading provider of electronic meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, gift cards, and innovative platforms within HR services. We are currently growing and looking for a **Campaign Manager** with expertise in Partner & Strategic Alliances to lead marketing efforts within the partner segment.
This role is ideal for an innovative professional who excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns, with a passion for building and strengthening partnerships. Outstanding project management skills are essential for this role.
The Campaign Manager will work closely with the partner sales team to design and implement targeted campaigns that grow the partner portfolio, foster the development of existing partnerships, and maximize the impact of events. Events are a cornerstone of partner engagement, and the Campaign Manager will play a critical role in planning, managing, and leveraging these opportunities to enhance partner relationships and achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities**
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract new partners, nurture existing relationships, and drive partnership growth.
- Collaborate with the partner sales team to align campaign strategies with partnership acquisition and retention goals.
- Lead the planning and integration of events into the broader marketing strategy, ensuring optimal engagement and ROI.
**Event Planning & Execution**
- Partner with the events team to plan, organize, and execute high-impact events tailored for the partner segment.
- Develop pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing strategies to maximize the value and outcomes of partner events.
- Act as a key point of contact for event-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
**Project Management & Collaboration**
- Partner closely with the partner sales team to co-create strategies that address specific partnership needs and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise in executing campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
**Performance Measurement & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and events, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine campaign strategies.
**Required Experience**
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
- Demonstrated success in growing partner portfolios and strengthening partnerships through targeted campaigns and events.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
**Technical & Soft Skills**
- Strong event planning and management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Pardot, Jira and analytics software is a plus.
- Proficiency in dutch or french, and english
