**De uitdagingen**:
- Green & Durable Group is binnen België en Nederland een voortrekker binnen de duurzame energiesector. Zowel met onze bedrijven in de groothandel in solar en storage systemen, als met onze verschillende installatiebedrijven van energiebesparende systemen, stuwen we onze klanten resoluut naar een duurzamere en groenere toekomst. We leggen de focus op innovatie en groei en willen daarbij een optimale service bieden aan onze klanten.
- Binnen Green and Durable Group installeren wij jaarlijks meer dan 20.000 pv-systemen in Nederland en België. De geconsolideerde omzet bedraagt momenteel +300 miljoen euro en het is onze ambitie om de komende jaren tot een pan-Europese speler uit te groeien met een omzet van 500 miljoen euro.
- Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een Category Buyer. Wil jij mee je schouders zetten om ons aankoopbeleid verder te optimaliseren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou
- Wat ga je doen?
- Identificeren, negotiëren en evalueren van potentiële leveranciers voor PV-panelen, omvormers en batterijen;
- Onderhandelen over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en contracten met leveranciers;
- Het beheren van bestaande leveranciersrelaties en streven naar continue verbetering in kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie;
- Het ontwikkelen van inkoopstrategieën om de levering van hoogwaardige producten te garanderen binnen de gestelde budgetten;
- Het volgen van markttrends en innovaties in de PV-, omvormer
- en batterijsector om concurrentievoordeel te behouden;
- Samenwerken met interne belanghebbenden, waaronder sales en operations, om ervoor te zorgen dat er aan de inkoopvereisten wordt voldaan;
- Opstellen van rapporten en analyses om de kostenbesparingen en het werkkapitaalbeheer te monitoren en te rapporteren aan het management;
- Je rapporteert hierbij aan de Procurement Manager.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je genoot een hogere masteropleiding, bij voorkeur in een financiële, economische of logistieke richting met minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om financiële gegevens te gebruiken om beslissingen te onderbouwen;
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve, rapporterings-en presentatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Naast de Nederlandse taal kan je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels. Kennis van de Duitse taal ervaren we als een pluspunt;
- Het briefen van externe partijen en interne collega’s gaat je als teamplayer vlot af. Collega’s voelen zich vrij om met jou ideeën uit te wisselen en je eerlijke feedback te vernemen;
- Ons hoofdkantoor is gelegen in Hasselt, maar je kan werken op de verschillende locaties van onze vestingen in België en Nederland.
