**Mission**:
Rattaché(e) au Store Manager, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble des missions de gestion de votre point de vente, de l’optimisation des performances économiques à la relation client.

Vos missions:

- Accueillir et accompagner vos clients
- Réaliser des ventes
- Animer, gérer et motiver votre équipe de vente au quotidien
- Piloter l’activité commerciale/marketing, administrative et comptable du magasin
- Réaliser un reporting régulier de l’activité
- Garantir la bonne tenue du magasin : entretien général, ménage, propreté des vitrines intérieures et extérieures
- Analyse et gestion des stocks
- Vous participerez également ponctuellement aux réunions organisées par la direction régionale.

**Profil**:
Homme ou femme de terrain ayant le sens du service et le goût du challenge, vous êtes ambitieux(se), et souhaitez vous réaliser pleinement au sein d’un grand Groupe.
Vous maîtrisez vos indicateurs commerciaux et avez une solide capacité d’analyse.

Sensible à la mode, vous avez idéalement une formation en Commerce complétée par une expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans de Manager dans le secteur de la distribution où vous avez su faire preuve d’autonomie et de disponibilité.
