Are you attracted by how Media outlets generate revenue while delivering quality information to their audiences? Are you experienced in networking in the EU affairs environment and negotiating Media or Premium subscriptions partnerships?If you are proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, you could be the person we're looking for.We are seeking a Brussels-based Sales Executive to join our Revenue team of passionate and collaborative professionals, which mission is to grow partnerships and revenue coming from memberships, content, events, communication and advertising.- **Main tasks and responsibilities will include**
- Identifying and prospecting new business partners, closely monitoring the EU Affairs market to build a strong pipeline and manage the entire sales process
- Delivering sales pitches for relevant campaigns and communications actions and closing partnership deals
- Managing satisfying relations with existing clients and be a brand ambassador at external events
- Providing regular analysis and market feedback to make sure our offering is client-centric
- Working closely and in cooperation with other EURACTIV departments - Events, Multimedia, Project management, Marketing, finance
- Monitoring results according to budget and revenue target
**Job requirements / profile**
- 1-3 years of experience with a proven track record in business development
- A University degree or equivalent through work experience or other professional qualification
- Interest in the EU policy making process and stakeholder dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, driven and motivated by challenging targets and results
- Strong organisational skills with strategic thinking
- Excellent social, communication, networking and negotiation skills and team spirit, with a hands-on and solutions-driven work mentality
- Eager to learn about media industry and media business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
