Position: Sales Executive - Tourism & Aviation
Location: Brussels

Overview:
Main Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies and sub-agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Handle and resolve issues faced by clients or sub-agents efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare weekly performance and market feedback reports, including recommendations for growth.
- Present company products and services effectively; negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with partners and suppliers.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the tourism, travel, or aviation industry.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online research tools.
- Professional appearance, creative mindset, and strong customer focus.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
