Voor een groeiende speler in de **kunststofverwerking** zoeken we een ervaren **Quality & Safety Manager**. Je komt terecht in een modern uitgerust productiebedrijf met een 100-tal medewerkers in de ruime regio **Sint**-**Niklaas**. Het bedrijf focust zich op de productie van **duurzame kunststofcomponenten**met behulp van gespecialiseerde technieken, bestemd voor uiteenlopende sectoren.

Hun stabiele positie op de markt combineren ze met een familiale werksfeer, een sterke kwaliteitscultuur en open communicatie. En ook jij kan hierin een **sleutelrol**opnemen.
- Jij bewaakt de **kwaliteit en veiligheid** van producten en processen, en zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de geldende normen
- Je stuurt een **team**van technische medewerkers en nabewerkers aan, en ziet erop toe dat het werk correct, efficiënt en vlot verloopt
- Via grondige **procedurecontroles**beperk je fouten en afwijkingen, en werk je doelgericht aan continue verbetering
- Je bent het vaste **aanspreekpunt**voor interne diensten zoals aankoop, planning en productontwikkeling als het gaat over kwaliteit en veiligheid
- Signaleer je knelpunten of afwijkingen? Dan analyseer je die nauwkeurig, stel je **adviesnota’s**op en werk je gerichte verbetervoorstellen uit

**Functievereisten**:

- Je beschikt over een **technisch bachelor
- of masterdiploma**, bij voorkeur in een productiegerichte richting
- Minstens **3 jaar ervaring** in een kwaliteitsfunctie binnen de industrie
- Goede kennis van **Nederlands en Engels** is noodzakelijk voor interne communicatie en het opvolgen van veiligheidsdocumentatie
