TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium, part of TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium, is a dynamic and innovating company that offers renewable and sustainable energy solutions to TotalEnergies customers. As recognized installation company, TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium installs photovoltaic solar panels, batteries electric vehicle charging solutions, in parts or in full packages. It offers its solutions to residential as well as professional customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Analytical, hands-on and business-oriented
- Working directly for TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium general manager, and being part of the management staff of the company, your mission is to manage administrative and extended financial aspects of the company.
- As Finance Manager, you ensure accuracy of the company’s accounting and are in charge of financial control & coherence by analyzing and reporting business financial KPI’s and deviations vs. performance targets. You propose countermeasures if needed.
- Ensuring business processes are correctly handled & accrued within the financial systems and monitoring dashboards is part of your responsibility. You challenge constructively current processes to continually improve.
- You are responsible for other tasks such as planning functions including budget and forecasting, controlling of inventory management and of pricing process of installation projects including costs of material, labor and subcontractors and inventory.
- You provide appropriate reporting to business teams to ensure collection of receivables and manage bad debt.
- You work on stock-related financial & logical processes, in collaboration with project teams, operations & planning responsible.
- As Financial expert, you put centralized procurement in place, to ensure best conditions for the business lines (B2B, mass-market) and you calculate projects costs as input for pricing, provide appropriate actuals reporting.
- You also act as coordinator with the parent company (TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium) on financial, HR, Legal and IT matters.
- You are a member of the management committee where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the company’s strategy and leading initiatives with the objective to achieve the company’s ambitions.
- You will manage a team of three persons.
Profile
- You hold a master degree and have a solid financial background with at least 3 years working experience in audit, financial controlling, etc.
- You have a strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Working on processes with an helicopter view is part of your DNA.
- Making your mark by developing, implementing, and bringing continuous improvement is a key motivator for you.
- You have a strong customer oriented mindset and communicate clearly to different stakeholders.
- You are a team player, you can work autonomously as well as set yourself priorities.
- You demonstrate strong integrity.
- Knowledge of the solar sector is a plus.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
