**Finance Business Partner - Belgian HQ - International Company**

This company, a large SME growing towards a multinational company, needs a Finance Business Partner to assist them in their expansion (expected to **grow by 25%** this year, due to a huge growth in revenue).

**Your Tasks as Finance Business Partner**
- Work on a group level.
- Budgeting and (re)Forecasting.
- Variance analysis and strategic reporting.
- KPI’s tracking and implementation.
- Support the company with SAP implementation.
- Turn complex data into business insights.
- Improve reporting processes to guarantee efficiency and projects’ profitability.

**Your Profile as Finance Business Partner**
- **Master’s degree** in Management Sciences, Business Engineering or equivalent.
- At least **3 years’ experience** in Controlling/Audit.
- Fluency in at least 2 of these languages**:Dutch, French, English**; Good knowledge of the 3rd language.
- Experience in **SAP**is a great plus.

**Your Package as Finance Business Partner**
- Yearly gross salary between **65 000€ and 75 000€**:

- **Company car**:

- **140€/month** (net expenses)
- **Full DKV** (hospitalisation, ambulatory and dental)

- On top of **flexible working hours**, you’ll get **2 days of homeworking** per week.
- Ability to take your dog to the office.
