As our **Belux Sales Manager** (North region), you ensure Puratos’ growth in terms of sales, profits & customers base in the segments of ARTISANS. You manage a team of highly-driven and passionate regional Sales Representatives. You develop the Artisans sales in the assigned region in line with the Artisans strategy and Group’s guidelines, actively promote the Group’s product lines, and develop your own customer portfolio.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- You are a member of the Artisans team, contribute actively to the Artisans Belux overall objectives. Participate to Artisan Sales meetings and lead Regional Sales Meetings with team.
- You **build, manage, inspire, help motivate & develop your team**: (1) recruitment of talented and motivated members when needed, (2) coaching, training, monitoring of results, (3) management by clear objectives using the WIG, (4) cooperation Sales / R&D / marketing, (5) management and use of information + organization of meetings, etc.
- You **plan and lead the execution of short, medium & long term plans** for the Artisans segment, in line with the Artisans strategy, in order to achieve the following targets: volume/ sales/ net profits/ market share/ expenses in your region and portfolio.
- You articulate market conditions, competitive activities, customer’s product and service needs.
- You **coordinate and ensure implementation** of the Artisan Sales Process and its supporting tools.
- You ensure **digital adoption** by team (from rep to consultant) and customers.
- You visit all major customers once a year, with the salesperson in charge.
- You lead the development of the Bakery Chains: Project & Category Management.
- You exchange information about best practices with colleagues.
- You coordinate and ensure fast, efficient and effective exchanges with Belux management in order to ease decision making.
- You promote “MyPuratos” usage including: Webshop, services supporting customer development (BOL / online trainings) and generating new revenue streams.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a bachelor degree in sales management and/or have min 2-3 years’ experience in sales. Experience in the food sector is a big plus.
- You have experience in managing, coaching and inspiring people in your team or close to you.
- You are passionate and driven to grow our artisans’ sales with consistent enthusiasm and collaboration with your clients.
- You are a dynamic person that is able to challenge, plan and organize.
- You have strong communication skills and can build a good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Dutch, any other languages are a plus
- You are open to cover the region: Vlaams-Brabant, Antwerpen and Limburg.
