**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je onderhoudt frequente contacten met de strategische belangrijkste klanten en je onderhandelt over alle grote contracten met banken.
- Je vertaalt de sales strategie naar een actieplan, met respect van de vooropgestelde budgetten, je bepaalt de doelstellingen en je zorgt voor de opvolging hiervan.
- Je ontwikkelt een positieve brand bij onze klant en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze customer service desk en onze operationele diensten.
- Je leidt grote aanbestedingsdossiers.
- Je voelt de noden van de klant aan en neemt de gepaste actie
- Het volume van bestaande klanten en de naleving van de contractvoorwaarden volg je nauw op.
- Je volgt de klant Door frequent contact met de klant, ben je tijdig aanwezig om barrières op te sporen en te deblokkeren.

**Jouw kwaliteiten**:
Talenkennis - Een zeer goede kennis van zowel Nederlands, Frans, als Engels is vereist. Dit om de onderhandelingen aan te passen in functie van de klant.

Software - Goede algemene computerkennis. Uiterst goede kennis van Excel en Google Sheets.

Studies - Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een commerciële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring - Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in een B2B-omgeving.

Competenties - Innovatief, Commerciële
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden, analytische vaardigheden, zorgvuldigheid.
