**Taken & profielen**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **inkomende oproepen **van nieuwe en bestaande leden.
- Vragen over een diensten verzorg jij met de nodig empathie.
- Jij verwerkt de bijhorende **administratie **met een puntje op de i.

**Vaardigheden**:

- Jij tovert een glimlach op de gezichten aan de andere kant van de lijn.
- Zelfs in de moeilijke momenten blijf je rustig en leef je **begripvol **mee met de klant.
- Je kan je vlot behelpen met de **computer**, dat is de tool van de toekomst.
- Je bent sterk in het **Nederlands**, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
