As a **Compliance Consultant**, you’ll join our **paid 2-years NXTGen Traineeship**,**after which you will **integrate** our Projective consulting team.
From day one, you’ll receive in-depth training (both soft & hard skills), benefit from mentorship by experienced consultants, and gain hands-on client experience - all designed to fast-track your growth.

**What Will You Do?**:

- Guide and advise clients to ensure their operations comply with national and EU regulations (NBB/DNB/AFM/FSMA, etc.).
- Support regulatory remediation programs.
- Tackle Risk & Compliance challenges head-on.
- Manage regulatory interactions (e.g. audits, investigations, information requests).
- Raise awareness around new legislation and contribute to internal training and best practices.
- Help build digital tools and smart solutions to simplify compliance processes.
- Deliver compelling presentations and clear reports to communicate your findings.

**What Do You Bring to the Table?**:

- A **higher education degree** in Law or in a related field.
- ** 1 to 3 years of experience,**preferably in a compliance-related role.
- With solid exposure to the financial services sector through previous roles, internships, or other relevant engagements.
- A keen interest in compliance trends, innovation, and financial regulation.
- A mindset that balances **accuracy with pragmatism**.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex challenges
- A team mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent in **English**, and either **Dutch or French** (fluency required)
- Enthusiastic, self-starting, and ready to make your mark
- Pragmatic, positive and solution oriented mind-set
- Curious, proactive, and confident in sharing your perspective
