**Who Are We - and What Can You Expect?**:

As a **Transformation Consultant**, you’ll join our **paid 2-year NXTGen Traineeship,**after which you will **integrate** our Projective consulting team.

From day one, you’ll receive in-depth training (both soft & hard skills), benefit from mentorship by experienced consultants, and gain hands-on client experience - all designed to fast-track your growth.

**What Will You Do?**:

- Support large-scale transformation projects across domains like digital, agile, data, and risk
- Collaborate closely with clients to assess needs and define future-state operating models (TOM)
- Help implement new systems, tools, or processes that boost efficiency and performance
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Report on project progress and coordinate with key stakeholders
- Design and drive change/adoption strategies for successful transformation
- Support Agile, DevOps, and Lean implementations
- Deliver training and knowledge sessions on new tools and frameworks
- Create compelling presentations and reports to bring your insights to life

**What Do You Bring to the Table?**:

- A **higher education degree** in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- ** 1 to 3 years of experience**, in financial services sector
- Basic knowledge of **project management, Agile, DevOps, Lean**, or **change management**
- A passion for transformation and innovation in the financial world
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex challenges
- A team mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent in **English**, and either **Dutch or French** (fluency required)
- Enthusiastic, self-starting, and ready to make your mark
- Pragmatic, positive and solution oriented mind-set
- Curious, proactive, and confident in sharing your perspective
