Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a committed, deadline-driven and enthusiastic back office sales & marketing intern to join our team.
As a Sales intern, you will work with the Sales & Marketing team to learn as much as possible about the company, so that you will be able to identify opportunities to contribute to the development, expansion and maintenance of our marketing and sales channels.
**Tasks & Responsabilities**:
- Commercial documents preparation (invoices, internal purchase orders, certificates).
- Arrange samples shipments.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys and customers analysis.
- Attend sales meetings
- Update documents and sales records.
- Review sales performance against sales targets.
- Keep a log of everything learned and deliver presentations to staff.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research about our industry.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, newsletter, direct mail and web).
- Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management system (CRM).
- Help to organize marketing events.
**Requirements**:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of different marketing & sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.x
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales or similar may be required.
- Driver's license may be required.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
