**Business Analyst (H/F/X)**

EOS Aremas Belgium est une organisation à taille humaine, de quelques 80 collaborateurs, implantée au cœur de Bruxelles. Nous recherchons une/un
collègue prêt à relever avec nous les défis de demain et à intégrer notre équipe où l’entraide et la polyvalence jouent un rôle clé.

**Votre Fonction**:

- Vous êtes coresponsable du bon démarrage des relations clients et l’interlocuteur privilégié des différentes parties concernées.
- En collaboration avec l’IT et les Opérations, vous discuterez et analyserez les process et impératifs techniques à l’implémentation des nouveaux portefeuilles clients.
- Vous prenez en charge l’organisation et le suivi journalier des échanges de flux de données avec les clients ou prestataires de services externes.
- Vous assurez l’intégration correcte des mouvements financiers liés aux dossiers.
- En collaboration avec le Project Manager, vous coordonnez des projets opérationnels concernant des améliorations technologiques de notre métier

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous possédez de préférence un diplôme de bachelor.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et communiquez de manière claire.
- Vous êtes organisé et en mesure de travailler de façon structurée, autonome et précise.
- Vous vous intéressez au crédit à la consommation et au monde bancaire.
- Vous êtes francophone ou néerlandophone, mais vous avez également de bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue. De plus, vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais.
