Functieomschrijving

Als Operationeel Data Analist ben jij de expert op het gebied van operationele gegevens, analyse, rapportage en dashboards. Jij past meerdere gegevensbronnen toe om procesknelpunten en mogelijkheden te begrijpen, bevindingen te communiceren en mogelijke opties aan bredere teams voor te stellen.

Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om efficiëntie in het algehele productienetwerk te stimuleren om klanttevredenheid mogelijk te maken. Daarnaast vertegenwoordig jij ons operational team in alle projecten die betrekking hebben op data-analyse.

Jij bent in staat om complexe gegevens te begrijpen en te vertalen naar begrijpelijke inzichten.

Profiel

Als Operationeel Excellence kan je onderstaande zaken afvinken:

- Diploma in Toegepaste Statistiek, Toegepaste Analyse, Data Science of soortgelijke.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het omgaan met en manipuleren van grote datasets.
- Ervaring met softwaretoepassingen, zoals MS Excel, Power BI, Snowflake alsook Python en SQL.
- Ervaring in de productie-industrie.
- Sterke presentatie skills

Bestellingen plaatsen
- Kopieerwerk verrichten
- Telefonische oproepen aannemen

- Brieven, tabellen,... invoeren volgens instructies
- Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren
- Briefwisseling registreren, sorteren, frankeren
- Administratieve dossiers samenstellen
Gegevens, de actualisatie van gegevens, terugzendingen of aanmaningen controleren
