Customs4trade is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing multi-functional team. As an Account Manager you will work with brilliant people committed to coming up with new ideas, solving issues, and actively looking for opportunities to improve. The Account Manager is a part of the Go-To-Market team and reports to the Lead Account Management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to a SaaS sales customer-centric methodology
- Be a team player, we are here to help, we expect the same from you
- Share your insights captured from customers with the internal teams.
- Be the SPOC for small, medium and enterprise customers in the EMEA region
- Ensure renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
**Skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, sales processes, managing complex sales cycles, especially in an enterprise and key account environment
- Comfortable to work in a young, dynamic and fast moving organization; hands-on mentality
- Like to learn and look for solutions by yourself
- Able to work on your own as well as in a team
- Experience with reporting KPI to management
- Interest and knowledge of logistics/customs and international trade is a nice to have
- Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus
- Passionate for quality
- The desire to grow yourself, your team and the company
- Level of maturity is required as domain is niche and complex; ability to do stakeholder management with management level profiles.
