To support our customers, we are seeking a logistics employee to strengthen our team throughout the entire logistics process.

**Location**

This is an on-site job offer. Our offices are strategically located in Belgium, within close proximity to Zaventem train station and right next to bus stop (line 358). We also have a warehouse in Aarschot.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing the entire customer life cycle: from receiving goods from our factories, to delivery to our end customer and warranty repairs
- Updating customers on the status of their orders.
- Monitoring suppliers, orders, and inventory.
- Checking production status and intervening if necessary.
- Assisting in final product assembly and programming.
- Collaborating with our R&D department.
- Contributing ideas for optimizing the entire supply chain

**Requirements**:

- Technical background or experience with electronics.
- Proactive and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills to assist and inform customers.
- Professional proficiency in English.
