Meer en meer mensen maken de overstap naar duurzame en betaalbare energie. Onze klant is in 2013 als allereerste energiemakelaar in ons land op de trein van duurzame energie gesprongen.
In iets meer dan 10 jaar tijd zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare partner voor studie, advies en realisatie van groene energieoplossingen. Ze blijven dagelijks groeien.
Om de groei te kunnen ondersteunen gaan ze op zoek naar een **Digital Support Officer.**
Jouw functie ziet er als volgt uit:
- Beantwoorden van vragen en aanreiken van oplossingen bij inlogproblemen, gebruikersproblemen en onjuiste gegevens op het online platform bij klanten.
Je probeert in eerste instantie de kwestie zelf op te lossen of verwijst ze door naar een technische expert binnen het bedrijf.
- Je test nieuwe functies binnen het CRM-systeem en zorgt voor oplossingen na tussenkomst van experts.
- Behandelen van binnenkomende vragen via de chatfunctie op de website.
- Je kijkt uit naar eventuele verbeterpunten om de ervaring van de klanten te optimaliseren.
Je rapporteert aan de back-office verantwoordelijke binnen het bedrijf.
**Profiel**
- Een communicatieve enthousiasteling, met een passie voor digitale tools
- Bij voorkeur genoten van een bachelordiploma, maar dat is geen must. Jouw motivatie is belangrijker.
- Talen: Nederlands en Frans
- Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot overweg met verschillende IT-toepassingen.
- Je wordt omschreven als een teamplayer, maar werkt ook graag zelfstandig.
