We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to act as the gateway of our lead follow-up approach. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You should feel comfortable making dozens of phone calls a day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and set up meetings for our Business Developers.
**Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Business Developers
Maintain and expand the database of prospects
**Requirements**:
You have a strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day
You have experience in working with Odoo or similar CRM
You are able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
You have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) or are willing to learn this
You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
