Voor een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor in regio Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een junior HR Generalist. Leg jij toch niet graag de focus op één specifieke specialisatie, maar leer je liever bij over verschillende aspecten van HR? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

**Takenpakket**:
Wat zal je doen als Junior HR Generalist?
- Je zal instaan voor het rekruteringsproces van A-Z. Je screent de kandidaten, volgt de eerste gesprekken mee en stelt de contracten op.
- Hiernaast zal je ook ondersteuning bieden met de onboarding en opleidingen van je nieuwe medewerkers.
- Ook zal je instaan voor de loon
- en personeelsadministratie van een 25-tal white collars. Dit is in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat.
- Werk je graag mee aan HR-projecten? In samenwerking met de HR Manager krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in diverse HR-projecten.

**Profiel**:
Wie ben je als enthousiaste Junior HR Generalist?
- Idealiter heb je al een eerdere ervaring met betrekking tot loon - en personeelsadministratie.
- Je bent een enthousiast persoon met een goed oog voor detail.
- Je beschikt over een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
